I have been to this location several times in the past few months. I have to say, my food has been great. My service has been spot on. The salad bar has been well maintained. I can not complain. 8t has been everything a Ruby Tuesday is supposed to be.

The food was great as usual but I'm 53 and my husband is 62years old and the waitress first of all made my husband go out to the vehicle to get our Drivers license. All because we both ordered a drink. We gave her our license and she told me mine had expired. I said are you kidding me? I explained I had been though alot and didn't even realize they expired. Told her we had just lost a son two weeks ago and waiting for his remains and a daughter in July. By now I'm just ready to leave and in tears. She's like I will let you this time because the drinks are already made. I haven't been back since. I loved their salad bar, steak, sweet potato and a Ruby red . Not sure if we will ever go back especially not in Elizabeth city! It's not like we were in our 20 or 30s We are in our 50s and 60s!!

Our waiter was very friendly and provided great service. My chicken sandwich was either over cooked or sat at the kitchen window too long waiting for the other food at the table to get done, the breading was dark dark brown. Just tasted like old overused grease. Not impressed with my dish but the others enjoyed theirs.

Service was good but their value has dropped. $54.00 for appetizer and 2 chicken dinners. Could have gone to Montero' s for that. Will be awhile before I go back unless I have a real good coupon.
